Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

  • Tracking information will be sent directly to your email once your package has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the package still arrives after the refund has been processed, you are welcome to keep the item free of charge as our way of ensuring your satisfaction.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has been shipped.
